Since taking over the program in 2022, I've helped grow email-attributed revenue from 8.4% to 13.1% of total business revenue, a 57% increase. In the past year, campaigns generated $1.6M and automated flows drove an additional $919K, with campaign revenue up 77% and average open rates climbing from 28% to 67%.
